Outdoor gatherings at The Horse and Groom are limited to members of any two households (or support bubbles), or a group of at most six people from any number of households.
ALL customers are required to give contact details so that they can be contacted in the event that someone they may come into contact with at The Horse and Groom contracts Covid 19.

Sit down and a member of staff will come to take your order.
Your table has been cleaned for you and we are regularly cleaning and sanitising the toilets and all touchable surfaces to keep us all safe.
The staff are being extra vigilant with hygiene.
You must use hand sanitizer on entering and exiting the Horse and Groom.
Please wash hands regularly for at least 20 seconds.
Please observe Social distancing at all times, Give way to others and remain at your table as much as possible.
There will be a separate entrance and exit- please do not try to enter via the exit door.
You must be seated - it is against the rules to stand and drink- There will be no service at the bar.
Unless there is a vacant table you cannot be admitted so it may be necessary to queue outside - we are really sorry about this but hope you will understand. Please observe distancing in the queue.
The furniture has been arranged to observe social distancing - Please do not move tables and chairs around!
Police and the local authorities have the powers to enforce requirements in relation to social distancing and may instruct customers to disperse, leave an area, issue a fixed penalty notice or take further enforcement action.
You should be prepared to remove face coverings safely if asked to do so by police officers and staff for the purposes of identification.
Anyone not following social distancing or other rules will be refused service, asked to leave and the Police informed.
If you think you may have Covid 19 or have been exposed to the Virus please do not come in to The Horse and Groom.
Anyone displaying symptoms of the Virus will be refused admission or asked to leave.
These rules are as identified in the Governments guidance and are designed to keep all our staff and customers safe………………
